Shipping policy


All shipping rates are calculated through USPS, FedEx, UPS or DHL and are insured at their full value to protect your merchandise.

Due to the high price point of our product, if an item is lost in transit the customer will receive a credit to the original value of the item. This can only be actioned once GEMOA is satisfied by the results of the search.

All prices shown on the product pages of the gemoagems.com, or quoted by customer service, are in U.S. Dollars. GEMOA reserves the right to modify prices and delivery costs at any time without prior notice. 

gemoagems.com may cancel orders and process refunds due to any pricing errors.

GEMOA is responsible for international taxes and duties. In the event of a return or exchange, domestic taxes, and shipping fees will not be refunded. 

Delays in shipping are not the responsibility of GEMOA Fine Jewelry. 

Allow up to 2 weeks for delivery due to customization of products.

- $6.70 Economy (5-8 business days after package is received by the carrier)

- $9.90 Expedited (3-5 business days after package is received by the carrier)

Refund policy

Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy for store credit, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. All returns have a 10% restocking fee deducted from the total amount. The store credit is good indefinitely and will be emailed to you once your return has been approved. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at gemoa.gems@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (at your cost), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned such as custom products (special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be sent a store gift card in the amount of your original order minus the 10% restocking fee.
